NOTE: You do not have to be a Member...
BUT, if you do become a member, you can Setup your Avatar to have your Picture displayed.
It is FREE and you will NOT be plagued with extra emails, etc. etc.

From Main Page, Click "Individual Threads".
To ADD Your Thread, click "Create Thread" in upper right area.
The Subject is Your Name.
In Body, you might enter your profile, where you're from, etc. etc.
When done, click "Create Thread" at bottom right of Body.
From that time on, you REPLY to posts within Your thread.

If you have questions, ask them... I will try to answer them...

Have fun...

The Shoutbox (bottom part of each Screen) is also open for your use for Quick Chatting...
