That's a good video with good ideas. I do the same for some rabbeting I do for drawer sides. I like the idea of the control bit/bearing that was pictured, except it wasn't set in place. That can save your pieces or your fingers, as it can act like a featherboard. I didn't like the fact that he didn't have the spacers fixed in place.
