Hello there!

I belong to several forums... some I like more than others.
Recently, I have been disenchanted with a certain forum and, as a result, decided to startup OUR own forum based on the Golden Rule, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."... "Live and Let Live"... Not "My" forum... but "Our" forum.

Anyway... what about me?

How did I get back into woodworking?

I enjoy woodworking... I like the feel & smell of the various woods...
I love to be able to take a piece of scrap wood and turn it into a beautiful something or another... whether it be a Craft item, desk, table, lamp, or whatever.

I am retired... I do not have an excellent spacious shop... I am constantly moving things around to do something... it's part of a two car garage (not the whole thing... just part of it).

I do not have a lot of money to buy wood, tools, etc. for the projects I'd like to do... but I try to do the best with what I have & can afford.

I enjoy going to the YMCA a few times a week to play water volleyball... it gives me some very good exercise & FUN!

I also enjoy computers & the Internet (best thing since the wheel!).
